Regional Victim’s Office (Duduza)

The Duduza Regional Victims Office (RVO) is an initiative by the Department of Community Safety that was launched during the 16 Days of Activism Campaign for no violence against Women and Children on the 25 November 2008.
The Regional Victims Office caters to both adult and child victims of crime and violence.  LifeLine Ekurhuleni’s role is to provide professional and effective intake and counselling services to adult victims of crime, rape and domestic violence.  The RVO is directly linked to the Duduza Victim Support Centre to ensure 24 hour access to victim support services.  Victims can access victim support services and professional counselling services from 8:00 to 16:00 at the RVO and victim support services from 16:00 to 8:00 from the victim support centre based at the Duduza Police Station.
