Face to Face

LifeLine Ekurhuleni offers face to face counselling services at our office as well as our satellite service points in Daveyton, Tsakane and Vosloorus.

Services are free of charge (although donations are always welcome!) and are available, upon appointment, during the following hours: 08h00 – 19h00 Monday to Saturdays.

The following counselling services are available:

1. Trauma support and counselling to individuals, groups and companies.
2. HIV & AIDS counselling – pre-and-post test counselling and ongoing supportive counselling for people who test HIV positive.
3. Grief, bereavement and loss counselling.
4. Retrenchment and retirement counselling.

As a lay counselling service provider, LifeLine Ekurhuleni’s counsellors are limited to providing 3-4 counselling sessions.  Should you require further intervention, specialist counselling or therapeutic interventions, you will be referred to specialist professionals.
